The Managed Care Department at The SCOOTER Store is responsible for acquiring new managed care contracts and building those relationships with personal attention in order to provide innovative programs for case managers.
Our Managed Care Mobility Consultants work with your patients, their physicians and insurance companies in order to obtain medical documentation and verify patient eligibility and benefits.
Our staff is dedicated to obtaining insurance verification and pre-certification—and to your and your members' complete satisfaction.
We work with Medicare and Workers Compensation carriers as well as commercial payers.
