Meet Jessica!

Hi, I am Jessica Hansmann, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around San Antonio, the Hill Country and Seguin. I have worked with The SCOOTER Store for eight years in different roles of the company. When I first learned about power mobility and started helping customers, I was hooked! I realized the importance of providing a safe means of mobility to people who need help all over the country.

I have always loved working with my customers and being part of a process that contributes to the well being of another person. I had the unique opportunity to provide mobility to two nuns in Iowa. Because they had taken a vow of silence, I worked the entire process through their legal representative. After extensive coordination between the local distribution center, their representative and the nunnery, they both received their power chairs. They were thrilled. I received a handwritten note from each customer thanking me for helping them. I remained in contact with their representative for months and she would call to check-in or give me updates on the sisters and their chairs. It was an experience I will never forget!

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and fancy myself an amateur landscape designer. I love to read and watch movies and spend a lot of time taxiing my children around town. My life mottos are, "Love with All You Have" and "Be Kind to Everyone," (my daughter reminds me of the last one every day)!
