Meet Kim!

Hello, I'm Kim Herschl, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Pittsburgh. I like meeting new people and helping them and joining the terrific crew at The SCOOTER Store lets me do just that! I absolutely love it! I have 12 years' experience with power mobility and every day brings more satisfaction than the last. I believe my ability to connect with people and really listen to their needs allows me to help those who are unsure that power mobility is right for them.

A favorite customer experience came from doing a show with a home health agency. I met a woman who had the biggest megawatt smile on her face. The first thing she said to me was "Can you help me get a new power chair?" She had a chair but it was about seven years old and giving her some problems. I carefully went over all the details with her and before she knew it, her chair was on its way. Every time I talk to her I can hear the happiness in her voice and I can still see that smile on her face!
