Meet Jim!

Hello, I'm Jim Marenger and I'm your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Philadelphia. I've been working with seniors for the past 20 years and have found my passion. I thrive on working with people one-on-one. I am excited to work for such a great company with a great mission.

One of my most memorable customer experiences was with a woman who had not seen her kitchen in a very long time. Once she got her power chair, she went everywhere in her house. Her daughter was very protective and wanted to steer the chair but she wanted to fly solo. She kept saying "I can do this" and she did. I left there knowing I changed not just one person's life but many: from the daughter who no longer had to worry about her mother's safety to the neighbor who no longer had to pick up her mail. I watched as the door to possibilities opened and in that moment her life changed.

I love to camp, play sports with my kids, and sing. My favorite movie ever is "Jaws" and if I could spend a day with anyone dead or alive, I'd spend it with Elvis because he's the man!
