Meet Doug!

Hi, I'm Doug Sherer, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Cleveland. I feel it's my calling in life to help and serve others, which is why I joined The SCOOTER Store team. The core values and mission of the company align with my personal goals and aspirations to live a fulfilling life by helping others.

I once met a customer who was apprehensive about power mobility, which is something a lot of people share. I went to visit him and showed him how to drive the chair. He was amazed by how easy it was to use and asked if I'd like to go to the cafeteria of his living facility and eat lunch with him. We shared stories and by the end of the meal we were friends. I still keep up with him.

When I'm not working I like to play volleyball: in 1986 I played against the number one ranked beach volleyball team in the world, Sinjin Smith and Randy Stokles. If you call me, I'll let you know who won!
