Meet Carol!

Hi! My name is Carol Fleming and I am your Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Pittsburgh. Before I came to The SCOOTER Store I worked with special needs children for about five years. Many of them used durable medical equipment so I gained an understanding of the business and also for working with people who need extra help getting around.

I have a lifelong friend who became paralyzed at 30 years old, after an accident. Watching her go through this instilled a passion in me for helping people in her situation. Giving people freedom and independence with power mobility is as much a gift to me as it is to the people I serve. I get so much pleasure doing what I do!

Away from work I enjoy spending time with my kids and granddaughter. I love the outdoors, especially the beach. I also like cruising in the Caribbean islands and deep sea diving with my husband.
