Meet Sandra!

Hi, I'm Sandra Nieves and I'm your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around El Paso. The best part of my job is meeting new people and telling them about how power mobility can change their lives. Many of my customers are eager to hear and I am just as eager to share!

One of my most memorable customer experiences came when I returned a telephone call. The woman on other end picked up and asked me to hold almost immediately. I heard a groan and then she said, "I am so sorry, I had to come all the way across the house to answer the phone and I'm out of breath." During the conversation I found out that her doctor had written a prescription for power mobility over a year ago, but neither of the other two companies she had previously contacted helped her. I listened as she broke down in tears. I told her I'd do everything I could to help her. By the end of the call, I could hear her smile through the phone. I'm happy to report she is delighted with her new chair.

When I'm not working I like to listen to music, decorate my home, shop, and travel. I had the opportunity to travel to Australia during the 2000 Summer Olympics. Talk about a unique experience!
