Meet Luke!

Hi, I'm Luke Hays. I am the Healthcare Relations Consultant in and around the great city of Charlotte. I came to The SCOOTER Store nearly seven years ago and I've been hooked ever since. It's so rewarding to see the look on my customers' faces the moment they realize their lives are changing. My life motto is to "Treat others like you want to be treated". I see my customers as my friends and treat them with compassion and kindness. I also try to put myself in others shoes because it helps me understand their feelings better.

Sometimes I get thank you notes and e-mails from customers I've helped. One in particular came from the daughter of a customer. The email read, "I just wanted to thank you for helping my mother obtain her [chair]. It has already greatly improved her quality of life in just a few days." I love being able to instantly change people's lives!

Outside of work I spend as much time as I can with my beautiful wife and toddler daughter. On the day I proposed I climbed to the top of Grandfather Mountain in North Carolina and asked her to marry me. When she said yes, she changed my life for the better!
