Meet Kim!

Hi, I'm Kim Cross, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Charlotte. I am excited to be a part of The SCOOTER Store because of their passion for helping people find renewed freedom and independence with power mobility equipment. I feel privileged to help others every day. My work yields true satisfaction to me.

For instance, I went to a children's hospital to finalize paper work for my customer. She was only 22 years old and had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Her leg had been removed and she was unable to walk. The day I was there, she was there receiving chemotherapy. I had the great pleasure of telling her that she would be receiving her power chair very soon. I was amazed to see such a happy smile on her face in spite of all that she had been through. I found this inspirational and felt lucky and proud to be a part of those emotions.

When I'm not helping people find happiness, I enjoy the great outdoors. You can find me outside with my kids and family, watching a great movie, seeing a concert or traveling whenever I can.
