Meet Sherri!

Hello, I'm Sherri Winkler, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store from the Mississippi Gulf coast up to Hattiesburg. I joined The SCOOTER Store team because I wanted to work somewhere I could have a positive influence on the lives of others.

As I started my job here I had several ideas about what it would be like. I was right about the joy I would feel being able to work face-to-face with my customers. I was right about the tears of joy I would see and I was also right about how much more independent a person could be with the help of power mobility. What I wasn't expecting was the friendships that developed with my customers. I treat all of my customers as if they were my own family and that resonates into a friendship that lasts beyond the delivery of the power chair. I feel lucky to have such a fulfilling and meaningful job.

In my time off, I like to snow ski and go diving. I have skied in the mountains of Austria, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana, just to name a few! I'm also a gourmet chef.
