Meet Barb!

Hello, I'm Barbara Archer, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around St. Louis. I have over 20 years' experience with power mobility and have held various positions within the healthcare industry. My job as an Healthcare Relations Consultant consists of the best aspects of each of the other jobs I've had. My greatest joy is helping my customers get their freedom back so they can stay in their home as long as they want.

My customer lost her mobility due to severe arthritis and was totally dependent on her husband of 51 years. He passed away rather unexpectedly and she was left alone with no one to help her. She was depressed and couldn't help thinking about what she was missing. She couldn't even sit in her rose garden any longer. The day her new power chair was delivered she called me from her garden. She was sitting there just like she used to do with her husband. Knowing that she's happier and enjoying life again does my heart good.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my son, garden, and cook. I also love to go fishing and travel as often as I can. I hope you will call me! Together we will embark on the journey to freedom!
