Meet Doug!

Hello! I'm Doug Ferges, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant in and around Indianapolis. I'm looking forward to meeting you in person. I am eager to help you, and I hope we'll become friends. I have almost 20 years' experience in the DME industry and have been with The SCOOTER Store for nearly four years. I love what I do and I truly want to improve the lives of my customers.

A memorable interaction for me was with a very nice lady who had been trapped in a recliner. I had met with her many times, and although she was very sweet I had never seen her smile. Not even once. When her chair was delivered and she began to maneuver on her own a radiant smile appeared on her face. This is the sort of event that brings joy to my job. How could I witness this and not rush to work every day?

In my leisure time, I am a huge football fan. Knowing that, can you imagine me playing the piccolo in the school marching band? If you have questions about any aspect of power mobility, I hope you will call me right away.
