Meet Timothy!

Hi, I'm Tim Biegger, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Des Moines to Cedar Rapids. My beloved grandmother spent the last ten years of her life in a nursing home. Her situation made me determined to do everything I could to help others receive power mobility to improve their lives. If it had been available to my grandmother, she might have been able to live at home longer. My job as a Healthcare Relations Consultant with The SCOOTER Store lets me help people like her.

One of my customers said that her power chair changed her whole outlook on life. After being stranded in her home for two years, she was able to do things with her kids again. She hugged me and left us both with tears in our eyes. The reaction of my customers and the end result is always the most rewarding. It takes me to a new level of commitment each time. My goal is to always focus on the customer and his or her needs.

My prescription for life is to have fun, keep my feet on the ground, and keep reaching for the stars. I enjoy golfing, boating, and absolutely love sports: I played basketball in college! If I weren't a Healthcare Relations Consultant, I would be a coach. My favorite movie is "Rocky" and once you get to know me, you'll probably agree I have quite a sense of humor.
