Meet Hailey!

Hi, I'm Hailey Herdlinger, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Charleston. My desire to make a difference in people's lives combined with the impressive core values and mission of The SCOOTER Store are what led me to my job here. I love being a part of a company that is changing hundreds of lives every day!

I recently met a man in the waiting room of a doctor's office. He was a single leg amputee and stopped me to ask about power mobility when he saw my name tag from The SCOOTER Store. He told me how much trouble he was having getting around and how he couldn't use his manual wheelchair because he had torn tendons in his biceps and the pain was unbearable. I worked with him and his doctor to get a power chair and a little over two weeks later he had it. His life and his attitude have vastly improved: nothing can stop him now!

In my spare time I love to take my chocolate lab to the beach. I also enjoy traveling. I lived in Sydney, Australia for two years and traveled all around the country. I scuba dived on the Great Barrier Reef, went whale watching in Kaikura, New Zealand and kayaked through the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji. Now that's adventure!
