Meet Erin!

Hi! I'm Erin Edmondson, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Chattanooga. I accepted this position because I wanted to work with a dynamic company whose morals, standards, and mission I believed in. I love my job! When my customers discover the wonderful benefits of a power chair or scooter and experience a better quality of life because of it I feel great! The end result is always the best because it's such a blessing to be able to genuinely help others regain their independence.

Recently I had a customer who was in desperate need of a power chair but his physician was unwilling to prescribe it. I was determined to help if I could. I attended the doctor's appointment with my customer where he made his physician aware of the many falls he had suffered, several in the past month alone. The doctor had left the exam room when my customer began to feel faint and started to fall. I alerted the physician and he was able to see the true status of his patient. The physician decided to prescribe power mobility right then and there and my customer began to cry because he was so thankful.
