Meet Frank!

Hello, I'm Frank Ballard and I'm your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Valdosta. I joined The SCOOTER Store team because I wanted to work for an organization that has a positive influence on the lives of its customers. I am passionate about helping people and love interacting with patients and medical professionals in my area.

It is always touching to see the joy in my customers' faces after they receive their mobility equipment. I once assisted a woman whose 8-year-old power chair had broken down and cost too much for her to repair. She remembered clearly what life was like before she received her power chair and did not want to return to that situation. When she found out that she was eligible for a new power chair, she broke into tears of joy. She was able to keep her freedom and independence and I was able to help her do that. It was a truly gratifying experience!

When I'm not working, I enjoy surfing, scuba diving, fishing, and dog training. People might be surprised to know that I once spent a month living on a boat and traveling the east coast of Florida and the Keys.
