Meet Mylissa!

I listened to my heart and followed it straight to The SCOOTER Store. Hello! My name is Mylissa Jordan and I'm thrilled to be working as your local Healthcare Relations Consultant in and around Los Angeles, from the 405 corridor to Inglewood to Redondo and east to Downey. I came here to pursue a career I'm passionate about. I believe my desire to help people and my perseverance to see the lives of my customers change makes me a successful Healthcare Relations Consultant.

My first delivery was to a woman who was having great difficulty getting around her house. I quickly realized she did not speak English. Our first communication was just a friendly smile. I could tell how excited she was just by looking at her. She quickly mastered the controls on her new power chair and zoomed around her house with a giant grin on her face. Even though she didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish, I knew I made a huge difference in her life because a smile translates to any language.

When I'm not working, I like to run. I have completed several marathons and love to exercise. I also love to travel and experience different cultures. My husband, five-year old son, and I go out of the country once a year: this year we went to Italy!
