Meet Justin!

Hello, I'm Justin Fagan, your local Healthcare Relations Consultant for The SCOOTER Store in and around Redding. I came to The SCOOTER Store because here it really is all about putting the customer's needs first. This concept isn't just important to me but also to the company: it is a guiding value or part of what we call our Core Ideologies.

I recently had the pleasure of delivering a power chair to a charming couple that reminded me of my wife and me. My customer had severe spinal stenosis and was in a great deal of pain. He was unable to walk from room to room and spent most of his day sitting in a chair in his living room. When he got his power chair he started exploring rooms of his house that he had not seen in years. His wife cried as she watched him move freely throughout his home.

Outside of work, I like spending time with my wife and three children. I also like to hunt elk and fly fish. In college I was fortunate enough to spend a semester in Ireland, which was beautiful beyond imagining. I hope to travel to many more places in the future.
