As with any guarantee, there are a few restrictions. It is subject to factual, accurate and complete information being provided by you and your doctor. You must keep the same insurance coverage for which your power chair was originally filed. The guarantee applies only to primary insurance coverage, not secondary insurance, and certain insurance coverage may not be eligible. There may be multiple appeals made to your insurance before a claim is ultimately denied. Upgrades to your power chair are not covered. The guarantee is not available everywhere and it is subject to change. All service, repairs and parts for free equipment are your sole responsibility and must be paid at the time of service.
