On Monday we launched some new Services content onto the website. Based on your feedback, we have added a new tab to the website called "Service & Repairs." This new content is designed to help current customers and other power chair and scooter users find out how to get service for their mobility devices:

Battery and Charger Issues: How to store and travel with batteries, make sure you batteries are fully charged and working, and also best practices and troubleshooting tips when working with batteries and chargers
My Power Chair or Scooter Won't Run: Engaging and disengaging the "freewheel" levers, unlocking controls, and noise issues
Other Problems: Right now this section just includes storage tips and tips for outdoor use, but we'll expand this section as new requests come for other product information (hint, hint) =)
Order Parts from The SCOOTER Store: A quick and convenient order form for getting new or replacement parts from us (including replacement keys!)
We also have posted a new "Self-Help Tool" that allows you to self-diagnose problems with your power chairs or scooters. Hopefully, this new tool will help you get some questions answered about your product and also
