The Information Technology department at The SCOOTER Store is crucial to the overall success of our mission – helping people with limited mobility get the help they need to get around safely in their own homes. IT is responsible for building and maintaining our internal sales and customer management systems, as well as the custom creation of new solutions to help our business and create a better customer experience.
We have an enterprise class service-oriented architecture built with Microsoft technologies and develop using the SCRUM methodology.
How to Succeed
A successful developer, systems architect, or manager in our IT Department is team-oriented and able to take a leadership role in development projects. A strong attention to detail, knowledge of best practices, and an interest in seeing their work efforts going towards improving the lives of our customers are all part of the success mix for these roles.
