Job Overview

Healthcare Relationship Consultants (HRC) are our external sales force, focused on interacting with doctors, healthcare workers and customers outside of the reach of our retail stores. HRCs work closely with medical and senior communities to help people with their mobility needs and are expected to generate new sales leads, maintain good product knowledge and conduct and participate in local marketing events. They also engage in customer-focused activities like in-home demonstrations of power mobility equipment.

How to Succeed

HRCs come from a variety of backgrounds, including industry-specific areas like pharmaceutical, hospice and DME sales. Most successful HRCs have great relationship-building skills and pay strong attention to details – both when meeting with other healthcare professionals and working with physician offices on the proper documentation for mobility devices.

A good knowledge of Medicare reimbursement policies and procedures helps HRCs succeed in this role. We offer variable compensation for our sales teams, allowing for a high income potential, based on performance.
