Job Overview

Our Customer Contact Center is the first and last impression left with our customers. 

We have a variety of roles at The SCOOTER Store that provide support to customers both before and after equipment delivery. Contact Center Representatives serving in the Inbound operations department are responsible for initiating the first step in our customers' quests for securing freedom and independence. Outreach Representatives reach out to potential customers who have already contacted us to help them start or restart the process of regaining their mobility. The Service group is comprised of two groups, the Internal Technical Service Representatives (ITSR) and the Customer Advocates. The ITSRs assist our customers who have already purchased a chair but may need a slight adjustment by either adjusting the equipment over the phone or issuing a work order to have the product serviced by a technician. The Advocates handle any non-service related issues that may arise after delivery. The Alternative Channels team processes all other forms of communication from our customers including business reply cards and internet inquiries. The newest addition to our family is the Universal Support Group. This group is available to provide support to all areas of the Contact Center.
