The vast difference between The Scooter Store and others I've dealt with is just simply that they care. They get involved. It's not just... it's not just another sale. You're not just another patient, or a number in a ledger somewhere. You are an individual, and you're not treated like just a set of symptoms.
And you feel like you're dealing with a friend not a salesman it's a very personalized, individualized approach in all that they have done for the chair.
Scooter Store may not have saved my life, but they certainly saved my sanity. They saved my independence and they saved my quality of existence.
I would call them again in a minute if I needed to. The scooter store has been they're probably all guardian angels as far as I'm concerned.
