Stephen Tatarian
Executive Vice President of Managed Care
Steve Tatarian joined The SCOOTER Store in October 2003 and serves as Executive Vice President of Managed Care.
His first role was Vice President of Sales responsible for the strategic direction of the company's regional sales organization and integration of operations. Steve led the sales organization for just over three years developing the training processes and systems.
He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Customer Contact Center Operations in February 2007. In this role, he enhanced the customer experience and optimized sales lead conversions. In the Contact Center, he led five distinct growth and profitability functions; inbound, outbound, technical service, customer advocacy and data entry. Steve and his team have established an environment of customer intimacy and operational excellence. They have set industry standards for service levels, cycle time and conversion rates.
In April 2009, Steve was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales. He is presently leading one of our Medicare Reimbursement sales divisions.
Prior to joining The SCOOTER Store, Steve held several executive level sales, marketing and operations leadership positions. In his career, he has gained valuable experience in Direct Marketing, Strategic Account Selling and Customer Contact Center Operations. He has developed extensive expertise in business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales, internet support services, innovative customer relationship management solutions and contact center technology.
Steve received his BS in Business Administration/Marketing from California State University in Fresno and completed an Executive Management Development Program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
