Executive Vice President of Business Strategy and Support

Rodger Mack has been with The SCOOTER Store since 1998 in many leadership roles and today serves as the company's Executive Vice President of Business Strategy and Support. Prior to joining The SCOOTER Store, he served in various operations management roles in the customer service industry.

Mr. Mack was one of the key architects of The SCOOTER Store's national distribution and service model. Under his leadership, this model supported the company's growth to more than 75 locations nationwide and made it the premier provider of power mobility. Also under Mr. Mack's leadership, the company has built a billings and collections function that achieves a payment rate greater than 93%. His current responsibilities include sales analysis, information technology, corporate compliance, product management, managed care sales, direct sales, medical review and global performance solutions.

Currently Mr. Mack plays a key role in developing The SCOOTER Store's strategy to respond to regulatory and industry changes.

Mr. Mack earned his Bachelor's degree from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, while competing as an all-conference collegiate athlete. He also has completed the Master of Business Dynamics training and completed training at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Mr. Mack enjoys working in his community and has served as the co-chairman of the Comal County American Cancer Society's Huntsman's Ball, an advisory board member of the Comal County Senior Foundation and a board member of AAHomecare's Rehab and Assistive Technology Council.
