Robert Berger, PhD
Chief Marketing Officer
Dr. Berger joined The SCOOTER Store in November 2002 as the director of Leadership Development. During his tenure, he has served as Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development, Vice President of Marketing Research and Analysis, and Special Assistant to the President. Prior to being employed by TSS, Dr. Berger worked in corporate research as well as leadership and organizational development at USAA. He also served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot, and as a professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy where he was the deputy department head of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership.
He graduated from the Air Force Academy with a degree in Human Factors Engineering and completed a Master of Arts degree in Cognitive Psychology from Rice University. He also completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University, England. He is married with three children.
