Jeff Austin
Senior Vice President of PeopleWerks
Jeff Austin oversees PeopleWerks, a group devoted to the well-being of the business of The SCOOTER Store and its employee-owners. Jeff joined The SCOOTER Store in 2002 as Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development. He also has served as Vice President of Human Resources and was named Senior Vice President of PeopleWerks in 2004.
Prior to joining the company, Jeff spent more than six years working for two international consulting organizations on a variety of leadership and organizational issues. He was Assistant Vice President for Leadership and Organizational Development at USAA and spent twelve years on the faculty at the Air Force Academy. He finished his tenure there as a Full Professor and Deputy Department Head for the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University, a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Dakota and a PhD in Psychomotor Learning from Florida State University.
