Jay Greene
Senior Vice President of Information Technology and HIPAA Security Officer
As Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Jay Greene is responsible for managing the information technology assets of the company. As The SCOOTER Store's HIPAA Security Officer, he is responsible for development and implementation of the company's HIPAA security policies and procedures. Since joining The SCOOTER Store's Information Technology team in 2001, Jay has held numerous leadership positions within the information technology group. Mr. Greene was named Senior Vice President of Information Technology in 2004.
Prior to joining The SCOOTER Store, Jay served as Director of Claims Field Operations for USAA. Prior to USAA, he served as Vice President of Marketing Systems for First USA Federal Savings Bank, and previously spent 18 years in various roles within USAA's Information Technology division.
Jay received a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). He attained professional certifications from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional and from the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals as a Certified Data Processor. Jay and his wife have four children.
