Brian joined the SCOOTER Store in April 2009 and serves as the Senior Vice President of the Customer Contact Center. The Center is comprised of 5 distinct functions: inbound operations, outbound operations, technical service, customer advocacy and data entry. Mr. Mullaney and his team proudly represent our customer's first point of contact with The SCOOTER Store by creating an environment that focuses on quality, knowledge and customer care.

Prior to joining The SCOOTER Store, Mr. Mullaney served in executive positions with leading financial and marketing services organizations including General Electric and Harland Clarke. In his 20 years in the Call Center industry, he has managed contact centers, distribution facilities and account management teams around the world. In his last role, he managed contact centers in excess of 2000 seats along with divisions in training, quality and data analytics. Brian's strong experience in sales, quality (Six Sigma) and employee development has enabled him to elevate the performance in several organizations to record heights.

Mr. Mullaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing graduate studies in organizational development. He is also a member of several teleservice organizations including ICMI and PTMA.
